At Pannelli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and paneling purchases. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the panels in their original protective wrapping and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
